Wait, I thought Harbour did not keep inventory? When I select some coffee's and then checkout I see an error that says the amount has been reduced due to an inventory issue? What gives?
You are correct that we do not keep a finished inventory, However we do track our inventory of unroasted, 'green', coffee. We use this to then roast to your order. When a coffee is ordered that exceeds this level, an error in the shopping cart is displayed. So it's not that the stock of roasted coffee is out, its the stock of unroasted.
Be sure that Harbour is always roasted after you order. We never have and never will roast to stock to fulfill orders on our website. NEVER.
